**Job Overview:**

Join our team as a Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about antiques, art, the design world, sales, and customer service to help drive our store's success.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and discounts

- Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively promote and sell art, furniture, lighting, and other items

- Process sales orders using Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers with inquiries

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred and gallery experience a plus

- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems

- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of inventory and the desire to learn about new pieces that come in

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 20 per week
